As a parent, we recognize how important it is to stay connected and in the loop with your child's day to day activities, schedule and life outside of your home, so we are committed to keeping you plugged in. This page will remain a hub for you to find important forms as they come available. It will house the school year calendar, important announcements, and much more as the school year moves along. Our SCS staff and leadership are here for you and your family to help you and your child have a smooth and successful school year.
Back to School Blessing Meals
As we prepare for another incredible school year at Shiloh Community School, we'd love to invite our entire school family to help us shower our teachers and staff with a little extra love.
On Monday, August 17, we'll host our annual Back-to-School Blessings Meal, where our amazing Parent Teacher League (PTL) will provide breakfast and lunch for our faculty and staff as they begin teacher workdays and staff development.
Would you consider helping? We've created a SignUpGenius with $10 donation slots to make it easy for everyone to participate. Every gift, big or small, helps us encourage the people who faithfully invest in our students each day.
Donations can be sent through Venmo: @ShilohPTL or given to Caitlin Carruthers or Kasey Rickard. Checks can also be made to Shiloh Community School and in the memo line, notate PTL and mailed to PO Box 605 Madison, NC 27025
Back to School Prayer Walk
We love the idea of praying with our staff, teachers, students, and their families every year before we start a new journey in the classroom! There is just something about surrendering ourselves to the one who controls it all and asking Him to meet us in the midst of the newness of it all. God loves it when His children approach Him with their thoughts, worries, anxieties, victories, and everything in between, so make time to join us for our annual SCS Back to School Prayer Walk on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 9 AM. We're encouraging all students to bring their backpacks so we can pray over them.
SCS Movie Night
Summer's almost over, but the FUN doesn't have to be! Our school family will be gathering at the Party Barn located at 2141 Moir Mill Rd. in Reidsville on Saturday, August 22nd at 7 PM. We'll provide the popcorn and toppings, you bring a blanket to share with your family. A little photo op will be available for you to take advantage of too. You won't want to miss this time with some familiar faces, as well as a few new ones.
2026-27 Open House
School Supplies are shopped, first day outfit is picked out, new kicks are laced up and ready to go, so all that's left is to meet your new teacher and see where you'll be learning all year. On Thursday, August 27th, feel free to bring in your extra supplies that night and meet a few new faces. You'll also be able to buy that FRESH back to school merch and grab a sweet treat, so make your plans be here! We are pumped to see you all and we're certainly ready to start a new year of learning, laughter, and love with you!

Catered Lunches Every Thursday
Thursdays just got more exciting! Each month, we will have catered lunches brought in on Thursdays from Hundley's, Chick-Fil-A, El Puente, and Tiano's Pizza. Don't let Thursday pass you by, so you can grab your favorites.
